When making a payment on an existing "stacked" multi-case payment plan, you must pay in the correct sequence established at the time you initiated the plan. Failure to pay in the correct order may result in a default on all plans included in your stacked agreements. Please call the clerk at (850) 595-4067 prior to making a payment if you are unsure of which case to pay first.

If your case has been reduced to a judgment lien you may owe additional interest. Please email publicrecords@escambiaclerk.com for a payoff statement.

Restitution payments cannot be paid online.
